So what is this 'GrabOne Store'?

GrabOne Store is your one-stop online store offering a huge range of handy products, from clothing and homeware right through to electronics and health goods.

I've spied a pretty awesome deal. How do I score it?

Just click that big bright Buy button and fill out your credit card details. As soon as the purchase is processed, confirmation will pop up in your account and your address details will be passed onto the merchant who is supplying the product. They will send your purchase to you direct.

How do I find details about the things I've purchased?

Make sure you're logged in with the same username and password you used to buy your coupon, then click on My Deals at the top right corner of the homepage. There you'll find every deal you've ever bought, gifted to someone else or received from someone else, including details about their expected delivery time frames.

How much stock does GrabOne Store have for each deal?

Shhhhh. It's a secret. And we're not going to tell you. What we can say, though, is that you shouldn't stick around thinking about it for too long otherwise you could miss out.

Are there conditions?

Make sure you always read the fine print and delivery timeframe before you grab a deal. You don't make up the rules; neither does GrabOne Store. The business advertising with us decides what conditions they want to put on their coupons so make sure they work for you before you buy the coupon.

Am I allowed refunds?

We don't normally offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances, but we treat each refund request on a case-by-case basis and in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you think you are entitled to a refund after reading this, give us a call on 0800 GRABONE (0800 472 2663) and we'll discuss it with you.

What if the business I bought a deal from closes down?

If anything happens that makes it downright impossible for you to receive your product, we'll make sure you get your money back.

Is GrabOne Store safe?

Very. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. Don't worry your pretty little head about privacy either. We don't record your credit card details anywhere, so evil pirates cannot nick off with them and spend your hard-earned cash on gold-plated peg legs and gummy bears.

Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?

We like questions. We like banter. We like community. But we don't like it when people are mean. Generally we won't remove any comments from the discussion boards, unless someone is making personal attacks, engaging in other forms of trolling, refers to our competition or has posted something ENTIRELY IN CAPS. Keep it friendly, yo. Apart from that, everything that gets posted to the GrabOne Discussions is dedicated to the public domain under the Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication, so basically it becomes part of the web for all to see.
