Here below are the details.
1-The mask stock is in China, it takes 7-14 days in delivery usually(4-6 days from China to Auckland), and it cost but there are delays in some local areas more or less, it depends on the local NZ post policy.
2-The mask is 3ply, the middle layer is meltblown cloth, it can help you block dust, droplets, germs, etc.
3-It's made in China, it's CE certified, it has the synthetic blood penetration resistance report, bacterial filtration efficiency and differential pressure report, latex particle challenge report, Flammability test report ect. The average filtration rate is over 99%.

At the begining of virus outbreak in China, mask is in a big shortage, someone get mask with a very high price and most people have no way to get qualified mask even if they can pay, Grabone just plays same role as usual, support selling of anything as long as it is helpful and meaningful. Someone may think the price is much higher than usual, just because of shortage of raw material supply and large demand, all production costs have risen. Thanks for your understanding!

Hi Sharina, usually we divide the filtering effect into two levels, 95% & 99%, there were five group test datas in our test report(made by NELSON LABORATORIES), there was one 98.9%, and other are all over 99%, the average data is over 99% but we didn't declare it as 99% officially because there is one group not reach this level, so we divide it to 95% level.

Can you please let us know your Purchase ID? We can not source the order information on our systerm with your name.

About the address emendation, we'd like to make it clear, it's not mean the address can not be changed, as the parcel was sent out already, if we apply to change address by our side, the time will be quite long as it need you reject the parcel when it arrive old address, and wait it ship back to Auckland warehouse, then we send a new address to redispatch, the best way is taht you contact local post by your side, and provide tracking and ask them to change delivery for you directly, it will save much time. Please feel free to contact us if any other assistance you need.

So far, all out mask parcels deliver normally as before during the lockdown period. As you can see the comments above you, a customer bought on 21th March and got on 31th March, which means the parcel are dispatching normally. But this just for reference, it not mean all the customers can get in about 10 days. The normal delivery time is 7-14 days, but now it's hard to promise, what we are sure is that we can send out same day when you order, and NZ post is working on it, parcel will keep dispatching.
