@All orders are subject to availability and at this time of year couriers can experience delays if you select the 22nd and will not be available to receive on the 23rd you will be ordering at your own risk as we will always do our best to complete orders on time,

@Sharon No PO Boxes or rural delivery (Waiheke Island is rural delivery). This is part of the conditions for the deal we recommend using an alternative "drop point" or local business that can accept on your behalf that is in town. Rural deliveries can experience (especially at this time of year) up to 2 days delay, since the product is perishable we do not send to Rural deliveries.

I am using the bigcherries.co.nz website but there is no option to enter voucher( as mentioned by Wanda). Checkout takes you straight to secure options screen and wants credit card details

I have and it accepted and accepted my order and credit card details and at no point has given me the option to enter voucher details. I now have been charged $57.04.
What do I do now?

It seems you have mixed up our retail store with our deal redemption page, please email us at [email protected] and let us know your Credit Card purchase BC Reference number, we can cancel this order and refund back to your credit card no problem at all. Please note that customer support email replies you will experience a 24hour response time during the weekend.
