Is this an adhesive film for the inside or the outside of a window - picture appears to show outside?
Also it states peel and stick, is it that or does water also need to be sprayed on the window first to enhance and enable proper adhesion? (as is the case for almost all stick on window films)
Finally, it allows plenty of light through still so doesn't darken the room much?

The adhesive film is used for the inside of a window, and it can not block the light, the light can pass through the adhesive film and the room will not darken.
Need to spray water on the windows first to enhance and achieve proper adhesion(windows must be cleaned), The film can be removed at any time, and it can be reused
