Can the LED Light bar tilt be adjusted ? If yes what are the angles ? Because I do alot of online meetings, would it help illuminate me during night time meetings ?

The angle of the LED Light bar can be adjusted, about 45°. Because this light is asymmetrical, it is not suitable for online meetings. It is more suitable for illuminating your table and providing a comfortable reading environment.
