Do they close with a zip or velcro?
Are the covers able to be washed without shrinking or spoiling the photo?
Is that size of inner easily available in shops like Spotlight?

1) They close by zipper
2) Machine or hand wash (warm or cold water), do not scrub with brush if hand washing, It would not shrink on spoil the image
3) That size inner is most common and you would not have trouble finding them :-)
