Hi just wondering... what size do you recommend for my height?which is 5'3"... Sorry I have no clue about the sizes, as I have never used it before... I was just told that it is good for strengthening core muscles... also i was asked to check if the ball comes with a pump or not? And if it is an anti-burst kind?
