Hi, how are the straps joined to the mattress?

I have the same question as David and I see he has not had a response from the merchant 8 days later. That in itself is poor service. For the life of me I cannot see how you can attach the other end to anything. Perhaps it is time you re-contacted the merchant?

Hi Dennis, the merchant did contact me. He/ she explained that the strap, doesn’t attach to the mattress but goes under the mattress diagionally accross the corner and is attached to the sheet on both sides. Not sure if I have explained it well, but hopefully you get the idea.

Thanks David I get the idea just not what I thought. It's the middle of each side that slips up first and a strap to stop that would be more useful to me.
