FYI everyone - the pulse oximeter standard to look for is ISO 80601-2-61. The standard IEC 60601 is an electrical safety standard, which of course they should meet as well, but nothing to do with the quality of pulse oximtery signals. Be careful everyone - a inaccurate pulse oximeter is worse than no pulse oximeter
