Quick question about this camera - How does it actually work? I'm assuming it has a continuous record mode when connected to the the cigarette lighter port of the car (none of the images I could find actually show it connected to the power - just as a stand alone unit)?
Also, the 'parking mode' works in conjunction with the g-sensor and activates if an impact is detected, correct?

This device is mounted to the windscreen of a car using a suction cup, and has a rechargeable battery that can record up to 30 minutes without a power supply when activated, which is particular useful when your car is parked. It comes with a car charger should you wish to recharge it on the move.

So just to confirm, I can keep the camera plugged in at all times and operating via the car charger, and when I park the car or turn the engine off, the camera will operate for 30 mins continuously, or will turn on if an impact is detected, correct?
