I bought this and have the loose parts delivered in 2 flatbed boxes today. However, it was disappointing that no instruction, even a basic guide/ sketch as to assembly methods was provided with the parts, without which it is very challenging, practically impossible for a layman as I to put the bench together.
I have requested for an assembly guide to be emailed/ posted to me and would hope to have it soon - will post in this board if everything goes well.

I concur with Sanjay Banerjee, it's disappointed to receive parts without instructions.
