I purchased this product 23 January. It was supposed to be delivered 28 January. I still haven't received the honey after 16 days and no one from Grabone has reached out either

I was supposed to receive my honey on the 12 of feb now the 15th still no honey. Reached out to grab me waiting for a response interesting im not the only one who had problems with this deal either
