Q1: Is it KN95 ?
A：This is not KN95 standard,the implementation standard of disposal is different, but the filtration efficiency is also ≥95%,it can meet our daily protection needs.
Q2: How many Ply is this?
A: The mask is 3ply, the middle layer is meltblown cloth, it can help you block dust, droplets, germs, etc.
Q3:Where are these made? What certificates it has?
A: It's made in China, it's CE certified, and it has the synthetic blood penetration resistance report, bacterial filtration efficiency and differential pressure report, latex particle challenge report, Flammability test report ect. The average filtration rate is over 95%.

Q4: PM has moved NZ to alert level 4, couriers are only allowed to pick up/deliver items from essential businesses, will it be delivered on time within 14 days?
A:So far, all the parcels we sent out after 25th March delivers as usual, new Zealand Post will not stop delivering our packages, but the situation is constantly evolving so there may be some delays.
What we can ensure is as below:
1-We have stock, all the orders can be sent out on same day you order, and we will submit tracking numbers to Grabone team, both Grabone and us will keep tracking these orders and try to make it arrive your hand as earlier as possible.
2-NZ post keep working on our parcels till now, your parcel will stop on the way, if there are any new policy later, we will post here.
Q5:Can we change the address after order?
A: Yes you can, there are two method.
First one is that you contact local post by your side, and provide tracking and ask them to change delivery address for you directly, it’s easy and save much time.
Second one is we apply to change address by our side, the time will be quite long as it need you reject the parcel when it arrive old address, and wait it ship back to Auckland warehouse, then we send a new address to re-dispatch.

Yes sure, as what we stated above, we can ship out today, but the delivery is a bit longer than usual.

Grabone Purchase summary advised that I have to contact the Product/Service Provider for the invoice.
