Surely the neck sizes on this advert are wrong - how can a dog have a neck size bigger than its chest? Please advise right size options. Many thanks.

neck 50cm, chest 58~68cm
neck 60cm, chest 62~78cm
neck 65cm, chest 67~88cm

Can you please advise how the neck size for this harness is measured. Obviously the measurement is not taken around the neck like you would for a collar as the measurements given would mean the neck is as large as the chest as mentioned in the previous comment. A diagram of how to measure for this harness would be helpful thank you.
