I received my 3 orbs but none of the USB cords fit any of the charging point on the orb. What am I supposed to do now?

Come on, guys. It's 11 days till Christmas (these were gifts for my grandkids)
So far I have had 3 of 5 delivered and 2 are faulty. Everything is now 13 days since the promised delivery, so almost 3 working weeks overdue!
I need some action, please.

Ordered 8th December and only ordered as said 7 days. Now it says arriving 29th December so my kid has no Xmas present and I’m broke as money spent on this! Shame on you grab one for false advertising and spoiling a kids Xmas
