I have 2 questions:
1. Does one unit contain 2 spreaders?
2. Spreaders can be worn whilst walking without discomfort?? I realise foreign feeling might be there but one can really walk with them on and it isn't awkward or painful??

First, one unit contain one pair of spreaders
Second, The soft cushion, adjustable straps and pad feel supportive and good on your feet Sleep in it. Your toes and feet will move naturally while keeping alignment
