Hi,
How can I order 3 different cases and only pay the $12 delivery fee please ? The drop down box only gives the option to order each flavour separately.

Hey Justine!
Please select your first option from the drop down menu and add this to your cart.
When you get to the cart, just click on the image or title of the deal listed on the screen in front of you. You will find this takes you back to the deal page, and you can then choose the next option from the drop down menu, and add this to the same cart.
If you repeat this for your next choice, then you can checkout all in one go :)

Hi Donna, I ordered my box yesterday (Tuesday) and got it this morning and it was still slightly chilled but not packed a in chilled bag, just in a box. I'm in Hamilton btw and Good Buzz is based tga i think

Thanks Katrina for letting me know :) It would be nice if the merchant advised as to how it is packed? As Kombucha should be stored away cold - or it is OK to sit out getting warm? because at this stage I thought it needed to be kept chillded and if this is the case I dont want it siting in a courier yard getting warm? Please advise

Hi Donna, our kombucha is 100% kombucha (yes, this has to be stated these days) and as a traditional brew that originated long before refrigeration, it is self-preserving. What we want to avoid is over carbonation but we have a very stable brew and so a few days out of the fridge is fine but we want to chill as much as possible so it doesn't get too fizzy. Chilling tames the fizziness. But no it won't be cold-packed. Cheers, Alex

Hi. I ordered 2 cartons of Kombucha yesterday and it arrived today. Unfortunately I did not find it until after 4pm today as it was left outside my back garage door!!! It could have been there for another couple of days as I rarely use this back door. I rang the courier company and found out it arrived at 7.44am this morning and was told that the courier did not want to leave it at the front door or ring my very loud bell as he thought it was too early
