Hi Ema, you can put this on concrete. I would suggest though that you sweep the area to remove any debris and then place a tarpaulin down, as flat as you can get it, with a brick/solid item on each corner and then place the pool on top. This will add a layer of protection for the bottom of the pool to make sure there is no damage while setting it up (i.e. rubbing against uneven concrete).
