All refurbished products undergo full testing at source, a final inspection in NZ & are fully functional with genuine parts and the original battery. We cover all our products with a 12 month warranty.

So it is not refurbished, it is just checked and tested. Refurbished implies that they have been repaired, or that parts were replaced or updated. Am I correct in thinking that yours contain the original battery, screen etc. So no refurbishing, just testing.

Hey Gillian, I am happy to have one of our technicians ring you to discuss any queries you might have. If you could please email me your number to [email protected] I can forward it to the technician. All the phones we supply on GrabOne are refurbished and backed by a 12 month warranty. In the procurement process, if a phone is tested and checked to meet our standards then it passes through. If any parts of the phone do not meet our standards, then it is refurbished up to standard.
