Thank you for contacting us. All the products are genuinely prepared with a high-quality and with quartz tube. Many of the order cheap handsets have glass tubes which may not be safe.

Thank you for the query. We recommend using the product fortnightly and before you use make sure you shave the area do not wax it. If the hair growth is more, may take a little longer to show the results. Hope this helps.
