I have been to spark also sim does not work in this watch -this needs to be rectified, absolutely useless purchase otherwise -I asked questions on original discussion board before purchasing this is not a good way to deal with an expensive purchase-please advise ASAP how this is to be fixed thanks!

SIM card must have data on it or connect to Wifi for 2-3 minutes. Watch will be connected then you can scan QR Code.

Apple Walters commented 28 days ago. I also can not make this watch read the sim can you please confirm if the watch is compatible with both Spark and Vodafone New Zealand. Also can not make the Sim "Chick" in. The watch attaches to data and can video call but that is about it. This is not as easy as you (the company) lead us to believe. Is this another take our money and run deal?
Apple Walters commented 28 days ago. Made Sim "Click" still reads "mobile network not available" or "sim card error" this is after re-bind of registration code. What do you suggest.

The problem you are having is be cause you are not inserting the sim properly. The watch comes with a small tool to push the sim in. After the sim is in restart the watch. Thanks
Apple Walters commented 27 days ago. Good news, my watch is now up and running. It took approximately 20miniutes for the network to recognise the Vodafone sim, I left it sitting and on, when the network recognised the sim it started to play a tune. I simply re-binded both QRCodes and re-entred all details and settings in the app. I think the key was getting the Sim to Click into place, this was not easy but once inserted correctly and left for 20minutes it worked as it should. I hope this helps others who like me were frustrated with the lack of details needed to get it working.

Nick Perkins commented 19 days ago. We have issues with getting this attached to our Spark account. Spark will not issue a SIM on their smart watch plan unless you purchase one of their watches. (Alcatel or Spacetalk). Watch is basically useless to us if we can not connect via them.
