I don't understand, do i have to buy the starter kit and then the plant kit at 20 plus 35, so spend 55 to get this.....
Or do i buy a plant kit for 35 and it has everything?

You can grab a starter kit or an already made kokedama. Totally up to you :) No need to get both.
