The jar is a total of 1000ml filled right to the brim. So you would get approx 3 X 250ml glasses at a time and this will ferment every 2-4 days at approx 24 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is cooler, it will take longer. This kit can be used to make bigger batches and comes with instructions of how to do this.
