Are these dimensions per curtain? So it’s a ranch slider window 300cm wide and 200cm length so would I require 2x curtains?

Hello I have received the curtains but have no instructions on how to hang them. There does not appear to be a gathering tape on the curtains. Are you able to assist please. Thank you.
