Hello, I only just purchased a microsoft 365 subscription, so still have 11 months remaining. Will office pro 2019 work in tandem with 365, until my subscription ends? Or do I need to lose the rest of my subscription for office pro 2019 to work? Thank you

I am just misunderstanding whether this is a course for learning how to use Microsoft or is it a Microsoft Software download package to add to your computer and not a course?

Hello.
In order for the 2019 version to be installed and work you will need to uninstall any previous versions of Office, including the 365 apps.
The 2016 version is compatible on Windows 10.
This is the Office software, not a Microsoft Office course.

Hi there, just to confirm that if you buy Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student you own it outright forever? its not a one year subscription? Does the licence key just get emailed to you or do you receive a package with disc on purchase?

Hi, I see it says there s only one install of these packages. If one upgrades or changes computers can we remove it from one computer and reinstall it on a new one???. Janet C

Hi,
I bought and paid for a voucher for Office 2019 Professional Pro. Unfortunately, when it came to downloading and installing, I ended up with the Home and Office Suite!!!!!!!!The download instructions also do not correspond to reality. I am supposed to request activation by phone and in the following process, I would be given a confirmation ID which I am advised to keep in a safe place. I couldn't get to the "activation by phone" and am now without the Confirmation ID!!!What now GrabOne?

Further to my comment 14 hours ago, it appears that what was released to me is the web version of a Home & Student suite and not the desktop version Office 2019 Professional Pro which I purchased. Where do I go from here?
