Hi Lisa thank you for your inquiry - the net weight of the products inside the box is no less than 250g . The treats are mostly air dried and therefore very light. They are suitable for dogs of all ages and sizes, with the exception of the pork twirls ( there are two in each box). I would give them to a friends or neighbours dog if you have a puppy or a dog that is very greedy and tends to swallow things whole
