2. "supports a variety of USB devices" means it is powered by USB. You can connect it to the USB port of your computer, or charge it with a power bank.

Is this product same as your $21 headlight and includes XPE? Can this light-up an object at 25 metres - say a possum up a tree or a TV aerial on a rooftop? Thank you for answering the power of 10 watts and 300 lumens.
