Hi do these sets come without the swivel and rock part. Just as the chairs with no mechanism and if so how mush would they be. Thanks so much Merry Christmas .

Hi Julie, it can be used without the rocker or swivel but is not recommended as it will scratch/damage the rattan / floor and it will not be covered under warrenty. Thanks
