Hi, the scale of the stones outside the packet look a lot smaller than shown in the image on the packet. What are their actual sizes?? thanks

As each box is different, this is difficult. On average you are looking at 5cm in diameter

You heat them in hot water. It has all the steps in the instruction booklet.
