Viv Williams commented over 9 years ago. Other than the obvious 99 levels opposed to 180 levels and the wattage 200 or 220. Which is the better machine. It's seems the 180 levels has more to offer but the price is the same. Can you please clarify?

The unit comes with a 1 year warranty on it. We will repair or replace the unit for you under the warranty , Excludes any physical damage. :) sorry we do not offer a 30 day no question return .

Sorry for the delay in getting back . There is a $20.00 difference between the units and the 180 level machine comes with a bluetooth function as well . The 99 level machine does not have this option .

This unit can only be used at 50 Hz as this is by default and cannot be changed. You can only adjust the levels on these.

Hi sooyeon, It comes with 1 year warranty, Our AKL branch has a tech on site, so anything during the warranty will be covered, beyond the warranty their will be a charge. most parts are carried but some specific parts such as LCD display etc needs to be from the manufacturers overseas and could take some time. I bought one of these a few months ago, but there was no instructions/exercise booklet with it- so, I have no real idea how it all works or what the exercises you can do it . I tried to google an instruction booklet - but couldn't find one. Is it possible to perhaps get an electronic booklet, that I can download and print off ? It's rather difficult to get use of the machine if you don't really know how to use it properly, or its capabilities .

Thanks for your interest.The main differences will be that the 180 level machine comes with LCD display and Bluetooth with MP3 speaker and it has 180 speed levels , which means the speed at which the machine vibrates will be higher compared to the 99 level machine.
