No instructions on how to use the filter.There is no pouch to insert it.

The mask does not help with better breathing as there is no way to let the air out-put some water on the black thing and the water stays there --does not go out. The material make me sweet more than cotton and it is uncomfortable. Waste of money.

The respirator is designed to let the air out when breathing out but when breathing in it does not let any air in for protection. The filter is designed to be just kept there for wearing and takes the shape but covers the respirator. We have been using these ones for 2 years and honestly, our team here finds this the most comfortable, even though we have more than 10 different types of masks available including the cotton ones. But sometimes it comes down to personal preferences. Thanks
