this is not a vacuum as advertised, it is a sweeper, and a poor one at that. I have emailed the helpdesk, but waiting on a reply.

I received mine today and it is not a vacuum cleaner as stated in the product description, nor does it recognise obstacles and avoid them as stated. It goes in a straight line until it hits something then rotates away until it hits something else.
I want a full refund - Grabone you should be pulling this item as its false advertising.

The product is not a vacuum cleaner - it does not use suction to collect dust. The description on the box says "intelligent automatic brush mopper" and makes no mention of it being a vacuum. Your advert is therefore misleading and should be removed or changed.
I have emailed your customer care but had no reply (same as somebody else on this board). Please contact me to arrange a return and refund, thanks.
