What do you mean by "self-heating". Does this mean they only heat once?

Hi, the red dot in the knee sleeve will heat up when it touches the skin, but it won’t hurt your skin, it just keeps your knee warm. Note: This product is only for the purpose of keeping warm, keeping the knee at a constant temperature of 40-43 Celsius degrees. Please let us know if there are any questions. Thank you!
