So does that mean they (kids) would need a phone to pair through or with the sim card it can make it own calls and they do not need a paired phone? Does it have a GPS locator? thanks

Sorry Matt, for my niaveity, does that mean another device, mp3 streams thru it with Bluetooth, like a phone, or the watch holds its own downloaded music and is an mp3?
