Bluetooth functionality appears not to work on this watch. Returned to supplier who refunded the price suggesting it was not a one off problem.

Hi Paul, thanks for your comments. All watches are checked before dispatching however some can develop problems just like anything else. In this case it was a software update gone wrong. We have sold hundreds without any issue. Regards Matt
