So how does this work? We purchase the voucher and then go to the maker's website, where we enter a photo of our animal and go from there? Not many details in the description. Thank you.

That is the correct link for this merchant. You will just visit this link to upload your photo and choose all your preferred options,then enter your voucher code at the checkout.

I purchased two a few weeks back mistakingly thinking the expiry was 24/12/2018. I see the expiry here is 20/12/2018. I assume that because you are still selling this deal that you are going to honor the deal up until the date this is still available for sale, if not extended? Very poor otherwise.

I purchased this voucher and ordered a pendant at the end of November. I have to say that the service and quality is amazing!! It is everything I hoped for and more. I was actually preparing myself to be a little disappointed because the proof they sent seemed to good to be true but the pendant is exactly as per the proof and the delivery was heaps faster than I was expecting being just before Christmas. I am recommending this company and this grabone deal to everyone who has complimented the pendant.

please can you advise - the site says there are 19 days left to purchase this deal but in the description it says that the voucher expires 20th Dec 2018
