Hi, am a bit unsure how this ottoman can be flatpacked (assembly required) as it looks to be upholstered. Please explain, thanks.

Hi Emily, our Welly store timings are Monday-Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm and 10.00am-3.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Closed on public holidays. Kind regards
