Hi Amanda, thanks for your interest, The tag numbers are in relation to the sizing on the deal that you select eg. Tag 4 (approx. Mens size NZ 3 /US 4, Ladies size NZ/US 5), 22.4cm. Tag 4 means it's referring to Shoe Size 4.
