Like Helen I bought one of these and didn't receive adequate instructions. I came onto discussion board and saw your post to Helen so I emailed B Store direct 3 days ago. As yet I have not had the courtesy of a reply from them.
My inquiry in particular relates to how to set up the external temperature measure.
As one of your contract suppliers, can you please follow up with them on behalf of your customers.
