Dee Rangi commented over 4 years ago. I just received mine and it won't sink with my android phone. I would with my daughter's iPad but I purchased it on the basis that it states for Android devices. Even with my daughter's I pad. The advice to down load the app came up. We went to import her selfies and a few videos and nothing happened. Just went to a blank screen. Can I please post back and get X refund.
