Dear customers, this cleaner is very good to use, can you see a USB cable inside the box? After the cleaner is inserted into this port, press the on/off button and it will start cleaning automatically just by pressing it, provided you have added water in it.

I also received the jewellery cleaner with no instructions and pleased to read I add water, could you please advise if water is to be hot warm or cold and to what level.??

Yes, Just add warm water and turn it on. Then you can close it after about wrok 5 minutes, and by this time you have finished cleaning. You can add a little dish soap to the water for a better cleaning effect.
