So I counted 8kg up to the lamb shanks, please confirm that 4 lamb shanks equal 2kg? Doesn't seem right, thanks

Just to confirm that the meat is not organic or free range in this particular pack!
The lamb shanks are approx 500g each so the four shanks total 2kg :)
The packs are made up as per the deal and cannot be altered on this occasion, apologies!

Hi there - is the marinade on the lamb shanks gluten free? You specifically mention that the other two are, so I am guessing that the lamb probably isn't...

Now that I have ordered it, do I have to do anything else? Do I have to go to a website and use a voucher or anything or is it that I've paid for it on this site, they get notification that I have paid for 2 lots.

It is a shame that one product has gluten but makes up 1/5 of the package. Can you offer plain shanks next time to have a total gluten free option? As the items can't be changed we can't buy then this time.

Am keen but concerned that whilst it delivered that it will thaw out and can't be frozen again. Can you guarantee it'll stay frozen until get home to put in freezer?

The packs are sent nationwide on overnight delivery. They are packed in Chilltainers which are specifically designed for shipping chilled and frozen products. We also insert ice packs to help maintain the cool temperature during travel.

Some more feedback from a different angle, from another potential customer :
I like the look of the offer but don't buy non-NZ meat, for a number of reasons.
Not worried about organic, or gluten-free, but for me it must be Kiwi meat.
Hope you'll be able to do something in the future as I'm sure I'm not the only one...

We have had several packs of meadow farm meat in the past- always excellent quality meat, beautiful marinades and flavours, and brilliant customer service- in fact we are just expecting our next two packs to arrive, as we normally bulk order these due to the great deals.
