Do you have certification to approve that this is Apple certified? We are afraid that they are just be refurbished by someone.

Hi there, if the phone has a fault that is covered under warranty (remember things like liquid or physical damage will not be covered by any warranty), then you can contact Apple on 0800 MYAPPLE for warranty assistance.
