Is this legal? I thought you couldn't sell shellfish like this, I know it definitely isn't legal on buy and sell pages as it encourages raiding of beaches for profit.

Hi Marama. These paua are commercially caught and commercial fishery is managed by the NZ Quota Management System, which is different from the rules governing the recreational catch of marine species.
