Are you able to give an ETA of delivery please? I know it commences from the 2nd, however we're out of town until the 13th and wondered if I could arrange for delivery closest as possible to the 13th?

I ordered this as a gift for my mum. My confirmation advised delivery beginning of march. I let her know to expect them. As they hadn't arrived I checked order and now not being delivered till 25th march. Why so long and why the change.

Hey Anna,
We apologise for any confusion caused by this situation.
Our system sends out a confirmation email of each purchase, and automatically generates a delivery date for your purchase. The delivery date is calculated on the end date of the deal PLUS the delivery timeframe in days.
Please rest assured, we have confirmed with the merchant and your purchase will be delivered within the 10 day timeframe stated on the deal :)

Hi Suz,
This deal is valid for delivery NZ wide. Any exclusions will be advised within the conditions of the deal, as an example, this merchant is unable to send to PO Box addresses. :)
