Hi. Can I order ahead more than one day before I want delivery? For example, if I need delivery on Monday 9 th January, can I order today or do I have to order on Sunday 8 th? Thanks

Hi Cheryl. The next available date for delivery is the 10th January. I suggest you go onto the website and place an order for your preferred date as soon as possible. It is unlikely that you will get the cherries in time if you wait until the day before you would like to receive them. The cherries are delivered overnight but can take up to 48 hours to arrive.

We do deliver throughout the country - including Tauranga. Please note however that we do not advise delivery to rural addresses as we cannot guarantee the timeframes for delivery to these addresses.

Hi there. I bought a box before Christmas and was a bit disappointed with the quality. the box that I got was very similar to the cherries that are in the supermarket . Most of the cherries were small and I could count the big ones. Could you please explain the difference between premium export and the local supermarket cherries.

Hi Eben, Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality and size of the cherries you received. We like to think that our Central Otago Cherries are superior to many of the other brands available in the supermarket. When you buy our cherries you are buying direct from the grower and receiving cherries that have been picked and packed fresh each day and delivered overnight. In terms of the size of our cherries, all of our cherries are screened before sale to ensure they are at least 24mm in diameter. Pre-Christmas cherries are generally a smaller variety than the cherries harvested later in the summer. If you would like bigger cherries then I suggest ordering after the 20th Jan when the sweetheart variety is harvested which is our biggest and sweetest cherry. I hope this helps.

These are beautiful cherries. They last unlike the ones you get from the supermarket which usually start to turn a few days after purchase. We have had them a week and they are still very nice and still look great. We are on holiday so have been enjoying them with a drink in the afternoon.
We have ordered another box to take away with us for our next break and cannot wait to enjoy them.
Great quality. Highly recommend.

Hi I ordered 2 boxes on the 4th January and havent recieved yet at an Auckland address. I was led to believe I would recieve my order within a few days. I promised friends I would bring some of your cherries on tuesday when visiting... hoping I will be? the cherries sound so nice I was going to order more but we'll see how long the process takes to get the first order.

Thank you for your question. There is 0% residue on the cherries and so your allergies will not be affected by the sprays used.

Hi there. I bought 2 boxes and very very disappointed with the quantity. The net weight are not reach 2kg, they are around 1.7-1.8kg not match with you adverting 2kg.
