I would just love to buy the Retro Duvet Cover Set (King size) but you can only purchase 2 pillowcases - what about the small cushions etc, they look great but where can we purchase those from to complete the whole bedding set as shown?

Until I read the earlier comment I imagined all the pillows shown were included in the set. False advertising in my opinion as this was not mentioned in the description.
