Hi Barry Williams, These colors are moderately water resistant. Your dog would not be able to swim or take a bath in them but they would be fine if they are playing outside in the rain. The battery is sealed for protection against rains or water splash but we do not recommend submerging them under water, which will damage the battery input. Use a cloth or a brush to clean the collar, do not wash directly under water. Thanks :-)

Regardless of the colour or size the delivery is as per the following:
Pay $5 extra for delivery for the first item and $3 for each subsequent purchase.

Yes you need to order them in one order.
To do this add your first option to the cart then click on the picture of the product in the cart, this will take you back to the deal page - now select your second option.
You should see both items in your cart
