I agree with Carole - this is not acceptable as all . Very disappointed that grabone not only condones this type of cruelty but also encourages it by having it on their website.

At GrabOne we do not tolerate or look to encourage any kind of cruelty, however we do try to bring a range of great deals at great prices to our extensive database of customers. We accept that some customers may have different expectations of what is available.
At the moment we have deals onsite for both a live and cooked crayfish, giving our customers an opportunity to choose their preferred option. We believe that this is inline with what is commonly offered in retail stores selling seafood and are seeking to make the same options available via an online platform.

Hi, for the delivery week 20 - 23 can we select a specific delivery day and time ie 23rd after 12pm?? Or is it just delivery at some stage within those dates??

Hi Angela, you can give us your preferred delivery date but the courier drivers will not be able delivery at a specific time. They have a fixed delivery schedule for different areas they service. If no one is home, driver has authority to leave your parcel at your address.

Hi Robert, delivery days are Tuesday to Thursday but I would recommend checking with the merchant about the 28th, being in between Christmas and NY. You can reach them on 0508 663 254

hi there, can you please advise if you do Saturday delivery (as per what's on the merchant's website)? i.e. having the crayfish leaving your factory on Friday with overnight delivery reaching destination on Saturday? Thanks
