Have you a 137 by 203 option available? Also, this is for a fixed bed in a camper. The corner of the bed is cut off at an angle (as is the existing mattress) to allow for better use of space/flow in the living space. What would be involved in cutting this? could we just cut the fabric cover, slice off a triangle off foam and some excess fabric, and sticth it closed again?

We do not have that size mentioned by you available and we do not recommend for this to be cut as it will not be covered by warranty then.
